Terms and Conditions
1. Closing date for entries is Tuesday 25th May 2010 at 12pm. The 6 winners will be notified by telephone.
2. You may only enter the competition once.
3. Winner must be 18 years or over or accompanied by an adult. Maximum capacity is one person per flight. Not suitable for young children or babies.
4. Prize is to be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Armagh City and District Council’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Armagh City and District Council may use the winner’s name, entry and town of residence in any publicity relating to this promotion including any photography.
7. The winner will be required to produce proof of identity.
8. All personal details provided are only used in conjunction with this competition and are not disclosed to any other parties.
9. Microlighting is weather permitting.
10. Armagh City and District Council cannot accept responsibility or liability for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which may arise resulting from the use of this equipment.
