The Armagh County Museum provides genealogy services also, the museum staff will help you to undertake a local history and family research project. The library is a valuable resource for all researchers and incldue the TGF Paterson Manuscript Collection, detailing HIstory of over 280 local families. Other sources inlcude the Muster rolls of 1630; the Hearth Money Rolls of 1664; The Depositions of 1641 relation to Armagh; The Records of Archbishop's Rental 1615-1746 and the Poll Book of 1753 to name but a few. Maps, photographs, drawings and a good local history library are also available.
